Every Tuesday at 3:30pm for 15 Weeks

2025 Fall Class Dates: September: 2, 9,16, 23, 30 October: 7, 14, 21, 28 November: 4, 12(which is a Wednesday due to holiday), 18 December: 2, 9, 16

End of Semester Performance: TBA

Supplies Needed: (Nothing is needed for the first class, we will go through all materials)

• Instrument with cleaning supplies (will not be needed for first class. we will go over all information about obtaining an instrument on the first class)

• Pencil and notebook

• Laptop

The Audiation Academy: Class Policies

Student Attendance A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any student absence. For sudden illness, notification is required by 8:00 AM on the day of the scheduled class. Adherence to this notification policy is required to maintain good standing and eligibility for future enrollment.

Attendance during the final three weeks of any session is mandatory. This period is dedicated to performance preparation, and absence will impact the entire ensemble.

Given the nature of our group class structure, missed classes are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling, regardless of the notice provided.

Punctuality Students are expected to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to ensure a prompt beginning. Our schedule does not accommodate delays between classes. Instructional time lost due to late arrival will not be extended or rescheduled. For instance, a 60-minute class will be reduced to 50 minutes if a student arrives 10 minutes late.

Instructor Cancellations Should an instructor need to cancel a class due to professional obligations, illness, or an emergency, a class credit will be issued to all affected students. This credit will be automatically applied to future tuition.

Facility and Waiting Area To maintain a focused and secure learning environment, our classrooms are reserved exclusively for students and staff during instructional periods. Parents and guardians are kindly requested to wait in their vehicles in the parking lot or return at the conclusion of the class to pick up their student.

High school students with a valid driver's license may attend classes independently with express parental consent.

Withdrawal & Dismissal If a student withdraws from a session mid-term, they may continue to attend classes until the end of the pre-paid period. No refunds or credits will be issued for sessions already in progress.

The Audiation Academy reserves the right to immediately terminate the enrollment of any student for behavior deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe. In the event of such a dismissal, tuition will not be refunded.

Session Cancellation & Refunds A full refund for session tuition is available if a cancellation request is received in writing at least 24 hours prior to the first scheduled class of the session. No refunds will be granted after this deadline or once the session has commenced.
